while people always shout about "Feats" and "Hype" as well as cherry picking manga facts. It is time I showed the Itachi haters why Yata Hype is actually fact. I will use the following "Feats" to prove Yata's "Hype" to be true as it is a test of durability.

Naruto's Durability feats.

Naruto Blocking Amaterasu with Cloak

You must be registered for see images

Naruto blocking Tailed beast Bomb

You must be registered for see images

Naruto tanking 2 God Tier Katons + saving others with lower end cloak.

You must be registered for see images


However Naruto Cloak was unable to stop Kusanagi from piercing it. Keep in mind a NON-Lightning enhanced Kusanagi (Sasuke was not holding it)

Kusanagi slashing and piercing Madara

But finally... After all this lets look at what Kusanagi did when it came in contact with Yata

Not only was it effortlessly repelled. It repelled Sasuke and the sword with = or > force than Sasuke put in which caused Sasuke and the sword to be blown back.


There was only 3 incidents that caused Naruto to lose his cloak through a direct attack.

1) Kusanagi stabbing him

2) Naruto being 1 shot by Madara

You must be registered for see images

2) TBBRS / Indra Arrow

You must be registered for see images



This means that Yata mirror based on FEATS at minimum is capable of Tanking TBBRS / Indra Arrow Combined but based on

Yata makes everything else lose its meaning which means

Yata > All attacks of any type in this series.

Thoughts?

I have something more to add the DB says in front of a gods powers all attacks are meaningless and the plural form is used there which means before totsuka also all attacks are useless not just yata. Both weapons make all types of attacks useless individually. And not only that theres more in the upper part it is written in the diagram column that Susanoo is long range which means Totsuka and yata can extend and expand because this databook was released before yasakani magatama was revealed.

1.Naruto does not use A-B-C logic when it comes to fights.Everyone has someone they can defeat and it never means that they can beat someone else a prime example is Guy vs Kisame.Kisame can tank and reverse most just back at you but he can't do shit to Guy becuase his attacks didn't rely chakra

Keep in mind a NON-Lightning enhanced Kusanagi (Sasuke was not holding it)" Naruto's chakra only defelcts when he wills it to act as a shield,clearly he was caught off gaurd by a sword that moved itself ...that kinda thing doesn't usually happen.


I am not trying to poke fun at you but, you don't know what you are talking about as nothing relates to Yata mirror or its feats in any way shape or form

Proof? Yata can repel with same or more than force. Itachi probably only used Ribcage to block kirin as the minimum Susanoo for pulling yata is V2 as shown in the panel.

Really? I have to go back to the manga then. I must've missed that part. I guess he didn't even need Yata to pull it off.

OP's logic is BS to begin with.

First off, Kusnagi burned in the Lava World, so Adult Sasuke's sword is not Kusanagi.

Second, comparing swords to explosions makes no sense as even in real life, it's possible for one to survive explosions while being hurt by a tiny pocket knife. Fail comparison.

Third, Itachi blocked Kusanagi with Susano'O, not Yata.

Fourth, Sasuke's first instance of slicing Madara was with Chidori, not Kusanagi, and the piercing instance is through using Ameno to teleport it into him.

There's probably more nonsense, but this is what I can pick up for now.

LMAO the sword Sasuke is using in Part 2 isn't the same sword he is using in Boruto

The other stuff are debunked by other posters.

regardless Boruto gets this sword anyway so even then like his Part 2 sword he replaces it.

With totsuka and yata together Itachi is invincible nothing but manga facts from black zetsu who has all of kaguyas and Madaras knowledge.

Agree with this, it could block Kirin, but OP's logic is still a mess.

This is what happens when you dont read OP. Read it again. Itachi didnt block but repel K sword with yata. See the scans. And I need concrete proof it actually fully melted or sasuke could still repair it as for all we know. Still the sword pierced him so yes yata >> madara body as yata repelled the same blade. I will concede that the slashing was because of chidori but it wouldnt be a surprise if the sword can do it alone without chidori as it can pierce without chidori.

I must see a scan of it fully melting. Its unlikely he changed swords. He has been using the same sword throughout shippuden.

Naruto deactivated his cloak on his own after Shin stabbed him its not like it was caused by that, also Indra's arrow itself didn't cause Naruto to deactivate his cloak, running out of chakra because he put nearly all of it into his six paths massive rasen shuriken
