Iori performs a slight bow himself, though he maintains his gaze upon the martial arts legend...

"The wonders of rain always tends to calm the soul of a fierce fighter, and ease the rage of a beast, so I do not mind at all, however I prefer the scenery to be a bit more to my liking."

Iori then performs a sequence of hand seals and releases a considerable amount of his storm chakra into the air, within a couple of seconds the sky all across the battlefield starts brewing thick and dark clouds, with light streaks of lightning crackling throughout the sky, in the same breath a slight breeze starts to form across the entirety of the battlefield, with a calm but slightly loud screeching sound which harmlessly just blows past the ears of both ninja's.

Description: The user will focus their chakra while making the handseals Serpent>Snake>Dog>Ram>Serpent. this changes the weather conditions into a ragging storm, clouds will form over battlefield with high winds and random lightning (wind and lightning are for show, they can't do anything). this provides the perfect environment to produce storm release.

-Can't be used to set the atmosphere for Kirin

As Iori says however, he raises his hand and points to a single droplet of rain above Bruce while condensing the droplet into a solid yet sharp blade like type of droplet of rain, which he then manipulates to drop straight towards the head of Bruce.

The rain being conjured with Bruce's own chakra, the instant your chakra was injected into a rain drop above him, Bruce knew something was a miss. Second of the injection of chakra, Bruce with great reaction timing, performs the boar handseal in the blink of an eye, and within an instant he dashes left in an arc/appears behind you, his body pivoting to the left to add additional force as he extends his leg, kicking you in the center of your back with his right foot, cracking your spinal cord slightly upon impact, this of course would send a massive jolt of pain through you, the shock-wave produced alone at that speed would only help produce a pain through out you even further even if momentarily before your adrenaline kicks in. Leaving you flying through the air by 5 meters. The movement happens virtually instantly. Once sent into the air, Bruce forms Oobleck all over your body as you're in mid air. He makes it very thick as well once it covers you. From your weight, you land 3.5 meters from Bruce, falling a bit harder. With the cracked spine in the center of your back between your shoulder blades, handseals will be slower due to pain. Bruce then forms a clone from the Oobleck around you, it forms placing you in the "Master lock", only it's hands on both sides of your head. The second it's formed, it twists your head to the left hard, breaking your neck.

In response to an enemy attack, the user will produce both a defense and counter by making one handseal (Boar) and infusing his body with chakra. Upon reaching behind the opponent, the user is free to either do a simple, powerful taijutsu attack and take advantage of the speed to a surprise effect or, by losing the surprise effect, produce a weapon or ninjutsu attack.

Description: The user molds a mixture of water chakra and earth chakra forming a mass of Oobleck, or manipulates an already existing source of Oobleck he then performs 1 hand seal (Boar) allowing him to form the source of Oobleck into projectiles, nets, waves, tools or weapons. As he manipulates the Oobleck he coats it in chakra giving it shape and making it retain a form until impact with a target where the Oobleck loses it's solid properties covering the opponent in a thick gooey liquid that can impede movement making the opponent slowed due to the excess weight of the Oobleck as well as it's sticky properties. The user can also manipulate the Oobleck to constrict the opponent.

Description: The user pulls on a source of oobleck or creates a new source from this he forms clones that can use oobleck jutsu up to S rank. They cannot use any other jutsu besides Taijutsu that doesn't require chakra manipulation. The clones are able to absorb most physical attacks such as Taijutsu and projectiles like kunai and shuriken due to being made of oobleck. When the clones are dispersed they release oobleck onto the opponent which can weigh him down this would also make fast movements harder as the oobleck restricts movement slightly.

-Note: The clones are able to absorb the physical damage from B rank and below taijutsu, wind and water being unaffected by it due to their body structure (within reason)

As Iori gazes back toward his opponent after the release of the dense droplet of rain, he sees a blur of bruce flash around his left side or what would have seemed to be him for his opponent was no longer before him, Iori then swiftly harnesses electricity beneath his feet from the earths electrical fields and nearly instantly steps towards his right while slightly hopping off of his left leg in a fluid motion, thus evading Bruce's assault, after the quick step Iori is positioned 2 meters to the right of bruce and just there the Oobleck starts to materialize all around Iori's body, he then reacts by releasing a field of electrical energy from his entire body, effectively
canceling out your chakra from the growing Oobleck all over Iori's body while continuing to extend further in attempt to attack you and shock you within the field of electricity, Iori then takes a few swift steps forward and back towards Bruce, allowing the field of electrical energy to reach Bruce at a quicker pace and in the same breath, once within range deliver a series of quick punches, starting with a left strong fist attack to Bruces right hip, thus allowing bruce to lean towards his right while also slightly lowering his upper body forward and towards his right, Iori would then follow up with a right punch to the chest area, lifting bruce's upper body back up as Iori performs the final assault by slamming his left fist just underneath the chin, delivering a powerful uppercut and possibly blowing Bruce backwards about 4-5 meters.

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.

Description:The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.

As the electricity comes towards Bruce, Bruce makes the Boar handseal in the blink of an eye and dashes backwards into long range in an instant. Suddenly, Bruce looks at the ground, he notices the grass standing straight up, not a single one being bent and then slowly as the jutsu had expanded, the blades of grass begin to push away from each other. Due to the electricity earlier, a few seconds after Bruce appears at long range, Bruce could establish that the electricity must still be present somehow, otherwise the charge effect in the grass would have diminished the instant the electricity went away. Bruce could tell that something must be keeping it charged because it should have instantly faded by now, and thus it must serve some purpose or something could be be dangerous in that area as there was an electric field there, maybe it's still present. Bruce sends his raiton chakra throughout the ground and molds it to static electricity creating a Negative charge throughout the ground in front of him. Due the air being positively charged and the ground being negatively charged, the forces attract each other and force themselves to counteract one another, canceling each other out. However, since you have to also be positively charged if you're making a positive field and you're in contact with it (physics) and the ground being negatively charged, you are electrocuted due to charge displacement because my jutsu will cause the charge in the air and yourself to move which caused the displacement, thus electrifying you. In other words, when my chakra molds to static electricity, you are instantly electrocuted, not just by your own jutsu but because in a sense, both jutsu will suddenly work against you, in fact the damage is even greater than intentional now. The electricity is sent through you and thus since your body is charged, you are shocked completely, meaning organ failure such as your heart, it would instantly stop. Your body would fall to it's knees and backwards. However, in case you aren't dead, Bruce sends wind chakra to his right hand, makes 5 needles and shoots them at high speeds (equal to lee without weights) in your direction from his fingers. 1 aimed for your jugular vein, 2 for your knees, 1 for your chest where your heart is and one for the center of your forehead.

Description: The user will gather wind into their hand and condense it with chakra. creating long and thin projectiles in their hand. Then the user can aim these projectiles, launching them at a target. The projectiles do not deal a very much damage, though they are made for precision instead. for if aimed at a very vital, or severe pressure point, the user can cause their target to be unable to battle. Though this is quite hard to do and requires a great amount of focus and accuracy. They are really sharp and fast and could pierce through steel.

~Five projectiles are made from the users fingers.

As the electric field is formed by Iori emitting a positive charge of electricity from his body and his surroundings, and Bruce releasing a negative charge of static electricity into the ground, Iori takes note of his close surroundings and the whole area between himself and Bruce, as well as the area behind Bruce as well, being that Iori is a master of the lightning element and lives in the lightning country, he knows exactly how it works, and within the granted small window, Iori is allowed to recognize the negative charge of static electricity being released from Bruce before it manages to come into contact with the positive field of electricity surrounding Iori and electrocute him, Smartly Iori was taking great note of his surroundings when Bruce boosted away from him, for he knew that releasing a constant positive electric field could work against him had his opponent been smart enough, and looks like Bruce is quite the smart guy after all, while taking note of the surroundings, Iori came to notice that once the negative static was released into the ground, the grass beautifully took a certain formation, like a marching band, the grass in the areas behind bruce seemed to all be pointing towards the back of bruce and towards Iori, and the grass between Iori and bruce seemed to all be pointing towards Bruce releasing the negative stactic, thus notifying Iori of the negative static charge being released by Bruce, and without much effort, Iori cancels his flow of chakra into the field of electricity and thus causes it to be cancelled out, just before the negative charge manages to make contact with the positive field, allowing the charge to simply do nothing at all as it only might have sent a slight jolt into Iori's feet, only making him more hyped up for the battle, Iori then comes to notice Bruce starting to form a set of hand seals and swiftly slams his hands to the ground while lowering his right knee onto the ground as well, and causes a 5X5 section of earth all around Bruce's feet to be lowered at about 10 meters into the ground at a rather fast pace, thus causing Bruce to somewhat lose his footing as the earth drops, in the same fluid motion Iori lifts his hands from the ground and slams them again, this time causing a large amount of water to be summoned only 2 meters above the altered section of earth and drop down into the trench, drenching Bruce in water as well as further throwing him off balance as the water fills the entire section of altered earth, Iori then finalizes his assault by performing a single swift hand seal and emitting a large spear of lightning from his right hand and directs it towards the surface of the altered earth filled with water, intentionally electrifying the water in attempt to electrocute Bruce.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

As the ground moves down, Bruce makes two handseals. Suddenly, a massive amount of electricity comes from his body that expands destroying everything on the battle field, going throughout the ground and air, it's inescapable as it destroys everything on the field. It rips through the ground, would disintegrate the water as it falls if you continued with it and leaves a 1km in diameter crater in the ground around Bruce. Leveling the ground around him and destroying you, ripping your body apart. Bruce then stands in the center of the crater as electricity crackles in the air around him a little once the jutsu is over.

Description: The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

Notes:

-No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
-No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
-If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.

As Iori is about to slam his hands for a second time against the ground with the intention of summoning the water above the altered section of earth, he hears the crackling sound of electricity and stops in the nick of time, and looks over at the trench with Bruce in it while holding his hands in the air, he then notices the lightning rapidly expanding into all directions, and quickly performs a single hand seal before generating a large wall of 5 tall tornadoes aligned beside each other, forming a massive wall of fierce and fast wind, Iori then manipulates the wall of wind to advance forward as he trails behind it, the wall collides with the oncoming electricity and naturally cancels out a single pathway before the wall, thus allowing Iori to make a great escape from the lightning, and just as the lightning slicing through the ground would disintegrate the earth before Iori's feet, he manages to take a swift leap forward, and into the crater, at about mid range from bruce, just as Iori lands he slams his hands onto the ground and manipulates the solid earth around Bruce into forming 10 large sharks composed of solid and tough earth, Iori then manipulates the sharks into attacking Bruce from all directions, diving into him as they attempt to rip apart and smash Bruce.

Bruce watches as you leap to the crater and into mid range of him. So, as you get closer to him whilst in the air, he molds the earth into red sand throughout a 10 meter radius but leaving a small 2 meter in radius sized patch of earth for him to stand on. You would crash into the sand/slide a bit (since you didn't go straight down but leaped forward) whilst being severely burned. By the time you crash against it, Bruce makes spikes shoot out of the sand under you throughout mid range. As you defend against all that, Bruce makes a clone that begins meditating upon being summoned. He will not be used for now.

Description: The user will do the snake sign channel either already existing Red Sand or their chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then use their chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth, so the user will have more to use in a battle. This is like when Gaara uses his sand to create more sand from the ground for his use.

(Nirro Suna: Yougu) Red Sand Release: Tools

Description: The user can form strong tools out of Red Sand either by creating a source with this jutsu or manipulating an already existing source, these include; kunai, swords, pillars, shields etc. The tools will be able to repel water and the sand is heated slightly giving them a burning property. The heat from the tools are enough to cause third degree burns to human skin on contact and cause deep searing wounds. The user himself doesn't directly touch the tools therefor he is unaffected by the heat of them. The tools can only be created Short Range from the user if the technique is used to create its own source of red sand.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

As Iori is slowly drifting in the air from his forward leap into the crater, he had been making sure to keep an eye out for his opponent as well as maintaining a close eye on the ground and his set position of landing, in that brief moment, Iori notices the solid ground at his position of landing as well as several meters before him into the direction of Bruce transforming into a more fine sand quality, and this had happened just after bruce was seen performing a handseal, then just as a precaution, Iori starts gathering a vast amount of his lightning chakra in his now clenched right fist, a concentrated chidori then starts to take form as Iori starts streaming the gathered lightning chakra out of his right fist, then in a burst he releases the lightning and causes the chidori to scatter into a literal 1000 birds of lightning aimed directly at Iori's position of landing, Iori manipulates the 1000 lightning birds to strike into the ground which has seemingly been manipulated by Bruce, Cancel out his chakra that was released into the ground and form a tunnel leading to directly beneath Bruce's position, the 1000 birds then burst forth from the ground just beneath Bruce in attempt to electrocute him where he stands.

Meanwhile, Iori follows slightly behind the 1000 birds of lightning and enters the burrowed tunnel, though when he reaches the center of the tunnel, he stops and starts releasing a bit of his earth chakra into the ground beneath his feet, he then turns the ground into fine sand, allowing him to simply sink into the ground and move about with ease, while also sensing exactly what is happening on the surface of the earth, Iori then makes his way into mid-range behind Bruce and out of reach of the any areas being affected by the red sand before emerging from the ground and surfacing.

This replacement ability is an A rank ability. Voldemort can replace into a burst of flames to avoid techniques if he so wishes. Voldemort is the same size as the Manda.

forms underneath him. This spirit is made from Swift release chakra. Due to it being made of swift release chakra, it will be very fast as it's taken on it's properties. Thus equal to the speed of swift release's Shadowless Flight. The tiger whilst in mid air turns towards you as Bruce spots you and lands on the ground, Bruce standing on it's head. Bruce then forms another spirit out of his chakra, in equal size to the previous one on his left. This one however is made of Red Sand release and is in the form of the one tailed beast (Would make it out of water but why do that when I don't know your snake is good with fire n stuff :O). The beasts are spaced apart by 15 meters.

Suddenly, the Tanuki spirit dashes at the snake, opens it's arms and grabs the snake whilst slamming the snake to the ground, cooking the snake slowly from it's touch. Burning it alive. However if made of fire the spirit will be extremly vulnerable from water attacks and even 2 ranks lower techniques of the elemental weakness of the spirit, would be able to destroy it. Also the spirit can only perform techniqes that does not require hand seals. *
