You can't say that cuz we haven't seen Yasaka Mag fully in action (clearly) or it hasn't gone against TBB or rasenshuriken + We dont' how much damage it can do unlike TBB or rasenshuriken

I think it is pretty clearly Rasenshuriken, purely because even though Yasaka is part of the third emperial regalia, Rasenshuriken was originally a kinjutsu, and it destroys things on a cellular level. Plus it expands outwards, and can be used in a bunch of different ways. Yasaka's is a once you've fired it, it's gone, but Naruto can run around with the Rasenshuriken until he can throw it at them and get a good shot. Rasenshuriken is also more strategic and more useful in battle

Isn't the longer he holds it, the more celluar damage is done to his arm.

we don't know of Yasaka Magatama's special effects, such as if it can seal ppl or do cellular damage or what not, there is no way to guage Itachi's attack, especially after only seeing it once in the manga
