First training session: The Sensei will make sure that the student can locate him into any environment (close range) and somewhat predict his attacks which will be as fast as possible now. Training ends when the student is able to do this without mistakes.

lol you are training to break out of the genjutsu with your sharingan , you don't have to bite your tongue or stab your leg to get out of it xd and as stated by Zen in the genjutsu rules biting your tongue doesn't generate enough pain to get you out of the genjutsu , only biting your all of your tongue off MIGHT get you out xd

i point at you with my finger (not the middle one lol xd) and place you in a genjutsu as soon as you look at it i get you in a genjutsu where you see crows are flying to attack you (not me lol xd) and as they get in short range from you they turn into shurikens that hits you all over your body while you see "Jcrewe" emerging out of your right arm telling you "don't do what you did again" and you get pretty mad from it xd
