Hi there 
So pretty much knock you opponent into the air and while you're standing on a water source (e.g. lake, river), weave the three necessary hand seals. Afterwards, channel your chakra into the water below you and use shape manipulation to create 2 water drills that rise on both sides of your opponent. Finally, guide those two drills to collide with the target's torso and back.
(Suiton: Nijū inpakuto) - Water Release: Dual Impact

Crow walks over to the closest water source with yanks, he then runs towards yanks and does a light kick to push him up into the air he then goes to perform the hand signs Bird -> dog -> snake and manipulates the suiton chakra into the water and begins to manipulate it into two drills he goes onto guide the drills up and into the back of yanks pushing him up even further
Advantages/Disadvantages:
An advantage of this jutsu is it can be good for a tag attack with a water clone the clone goes to kick the menu into the air while I perform te hand signs a disadvantage of tho jutsu is it appears to be easy to dodge especially if the enemy jumps off and away from the water source making it harder to hit
Counter:
A counter to this jutsu could be the enemy 1. Getting away from the water source and 2 using water whip or a stronger wind style jutsu to blow the drills away

Description: The user first performs a series of three hand seals Dog→Horse→Tiger and then gathers up a lot of fire chakra in their chest. Afterwards, via mouth or hand, they fire off a barrage of several [about 8-10], but small fireballs hot enough to scorch the ground at their opponent. However, instead of hitting them directly [which makes the target believed that they missed], the mass of fireballs gather all around the opponent and seemingly appear to floating. Finally, with the use of a single hand seal [like the one Deidera uses to create explosions], the user directs all the intense fireballs towards their opponent and explodes on contact & engulfs them in flames.
Note: Must be taught by Yānks.

Perform it:
Sasuke begins to channel his Katon chakra into several multiple areas of his lungs after gathering an equal amount in his lungs he releases the chakra out of his mouth and it forms several bullets that take the shape of flaming bullets that hit Yanks clone in every area of his body.
Advantages/Disadvantages:
Advantages: Can hit multiple targets at once, great for making it difficult to dodge by aiming at blind spots etc. Disadvantages: If used on an opponent at long range it gives them more time to make a counter for the technique
Counter:
Use a Suiton jutsu that can hit multiple projectiles at a time or a suiton jutsu that can cover a large area.

Sasuke begins by performing the required hand signs and then begins to focus alot of Katon chakra into his chest into 8 seperate parts after gathering enough chakra he releases the chakra at Yanks's clone, after travelling for a short amount of time all the small fireballs hit the ground just a few metres infront of Yanks's clone but within seconds they begin to hover again surrounding the clone, Sasuke does a single hand sign and the fireballs immediately explode into flames and engulf the clone causing it to disperse.
Great for a distraction.

Erm... Much better. However, the fireballs don't hit the ground; they just fly past the opponent [making them think you missed] and hover. And when that happens, they don't just explode, you directed into the target after forming the last seal; AND THEN they explode. This is how it should be typed fr example:
Also, while they are good fro distractions, the main advantage is that it's pretty difficult for someone to defend from the second part of the move without meta gaming [unless they have Byakugan or something to alert them beforehand].
