The reason Minato gave Naruto the Yang half of Kurama is because Naruto is an Uzumaki, and the Yang chakra governs life energy. Naruto won't get the Yin half, sorry. Yin is for "form". If anyone gets it, it will be Sasuke.

Minato gave Yang chakra to Naruto and sealed Yin chakra within himself. Yin is spiritual energy and Yang is physical energy.
Minato gave Yang chakra to Naruto because Naruto was just a recently born kid and was not able to take/control full chakra or Yin chakra of Kurama hence Naruto got Yang chakra.

This obsession Sasuke fans have of him getting the other half of Karama's chakra makes me laugh.
I'll be honest, if Naruto doesn't get the other half there isn't any chance that SASUKE will.
Not even considering the fact there is absolutely NO Way Minato would give it to Sasuke, There is no way Sasuke would WANT Kurama's chakra. He looks down on Kurama, or at-least that's the way I view it.
All-together, I really don't think ANYONE will be getting the other half. I could be wrong though.

Plain and simple Kurama is only fighting at half power and Naruto is compensating for the lack of the other half of his chakra. When he becomes whole we will see a fully restored Kurama to his original size
