Now this thread is quite straight forwad yamoto is going to be fully healthy and won't have intel on his opponent so is zetsu he would be complete, that means zetsu would have both his white and black part, and from the anime it was said that yamoto's d.n.a was used to power up the present zetsu, however in this situation zetsu would be on his own without any power up and also he would'nt have any intel on yamoto, battle ground will be where minato, and ay fought, so whose mokuton will win i think zetsu takes this.
