I don't even think Yamcha reached Raditz's level and Raditz is somewhere between mountain buster and city buster (in one attack). He would be a good fighter but the he's no match for the admirals. Whitebeard stomps him.

Haha, what people talking. Yamcha is far stronger than any character in Bleach and One Piece. Actually he is stronger than both verses combined.

Yamcha was easily around Nappa's level.

He did the training with Kami to put his power near Raddiz, and then after he died, he did the training on King Kai's planet. If he was near as dedicated as Goku was, he could have easily been around Nappa's level.

Nappa's two fingers > generic city

Yamcha > city level destructive capability.

With that said, It has the power to put down almost all of Bleach, all but the top 15 in One Piece, and all but the top 10 in Naruto.

The only people who might give him a run for his money is haxed characters from Bleach, Admirial levels in One Piece, and anyone with borrowed powers in Naruto.

I would still lean toward Yamcha but it will be very high difficulty.
