I think he will survive, and hopefully someone will rescue him soon.

I also believe that anko is alive, because kabuto needs her chakra (really, orochimaru's charka within her) to bloster the power of his Edo Tensi technique.

i think yamato will be used for more experiments no way kabuto is letting him so. he might try plant him with uchiha cells. lol but anko is still alive she'll prolly die soon though
