Yamato-- will he return... Ever?

You know guys, yamato has been gone for a very very very long time. He pretty much got captured at the beginning of the war by Tobi and was put in the tree thing for making zetsu, but will he ever return? He is still most likely alive but I am wondering if it is likely that he returns to the manga.

I honestly think he will appear soon and seal the juubi. He will come back and be a master at wood style.
Just my opinion though.

I don't think Yamato is on the bf considering all the sensory ninja out there someone would notice him. Plus if he was in zetsu then zetsu would be using mokuton because who would pass that power up?

yamato has been taken over by the dark side,he maybe working for madara now...who knows.all the zetsu must have been destroyed,so i dont see the reason for yamato to stay at the hideout and power 0 zetsu's,if anything he should be the one in the spiral zetsu's body.
