Imo Yamato wins this with mid diff. His mokuton would eventually overwhelm Kakashi.

I say yamato can indeed take this by overwhelming whelming kakashi with mukoton and suppressing his chakra eventually but part 1 kakashi isn't to be underestimated, his speed and analysis were impressive in part 1.

His Doton was only Hiding Like a Mole Tech which is useless as Yamato can perform it too

His Lightning Blade requires very close range, which Yamato will not allow and has counters.

Kakashi's Suiton is inferior to Yamato's Doton

Kakashi's Taijutsu, Speed, Strength, and Intelligence in Part 1 is tied with Yamato according to the data book so nothing to look at there; however, Yamato has slightly more stamina than Kakashi so outlasting him is a factor as well.
