Conditions: Both cannot leave stadium. Hashirama is an Edo Tensei that does not regenerate. Hashirama's mokuton is on the same level as when he fought Hiruzen in Part I.
Restrictions: Bringer of Darkness

They're about equal tbh. Hashirama's mokuton was better than Yamato's but his taijutsu and close combat tactics were just shameful

Hashirama's strongest and only shown Mokuton jutsu in part 1 only covered part of a roof top. Yamato instantly re built a decent part of Konoha (albeit with a great effort, but did it nonetheless) and was able to control a 4-tailed Naruto < both of those feats are easily above anything Hashi did in part 1.
restraining jutsu is more than enough to bind him.

That Edo Hashirama was probably at 10% power. And he was brainless zombie on top of that.

Yamato takes it.

Oh god...Kisame's death was awesome. I should reread that chapter.
