I think some people are underestimating Neji... Although he is highly overestimated i belive he could pull through if he tried

Rotation can't be stopped by a substance made of chakra unless the actual chakra itself is so powerful that it causes the chakra to completely backfire.

Yamato sucks in 1vs1 battles. He's more suited for support.
He could not even catch Kabuto when naruto and Sakura were attacking him.
Sasuke raped him in less than a second.
Current Kabuto also kidnapped him without much of a struggles and is now farming him for his mokuton.

nope. he was awesome against sasuke, almost capturing him and he wasnt even serious. naruto and sai werent helping and were owned instantly. meaning yamatos on a higher level. he was awesome against 4 tailed naruto, doing that wood giraffe restraining tech. plus he has stuff like summoning houses for defence, seeds for tracking and wood clones for support.

He could not even catch Kabuto when naruto and Sakura were attacking him.

actually yamato got a raiton enhanced sword in the chest, PUSHED IT BACK with a wood pole, then summoned a wood dome to trap sasuke in and the only reason sasuke got out was his kusanagis special ability to cut through damn near anything. and yamato didnt know anything about sasuke and wasnt trying to hurt him in front of naruto and sakura.
