Tsunade is hella strong, mokuton isnt restraining her

Tsunade would win. Kisame was weakened and doesn't possess the brute strength Tsunade does and broke out it's restraint. Katusya can outmanuver weak Mokoton and it's acid would also come in handy. Although I doubt Tsunade would need it. Yamato is strong but can't keep up with kage level shinobi.
