I read the quote and it tells me that paper shuriken are as sharp and hard as regular Shuriken.

The user can increase the power but is the sharpness going to change? NO. Same concept as a Fuhma Shuriken being>>Regular Shuriken. The latter is bigger and the former is smaller. Unless you are going to tell me that changing its shape will make it sharper now. :|
