Hashi's healing is pretty much the same as his Wood release.

it is healing.....THAT'S HOW HASHI HEALS. who said anything about Tsunade healing being EXACTLY the same like Hashi

When a bullet is lodged in your shoulder it stops the bleeding more than taking the bullet out, but would you consider that healed?

No because a foreign object is in your body. Yamato's wood is not a foreign object is it apart of him. Furthermore he removed the "bullet" in this case and there's no bleeding signifying he healed himself.

Well Obito was able to heal himself without making a seal.
Yamato has shown that he can turn his flesh into wood so i wouldn't be surprise if he can close open wounds with it.
When kabuto injured yamato he was bleeding from his arms and yet later on the wound was gone
