Hear me out. Every sensei that Naruto has had that has taught him something (when I say taught I'm referring mainly to jutsus) has died. Is Kishi trying to tell us something? Will Killer Bee and Yamato die?
Jiraiya - Naruto went to train three years with him. Taught him many jutsus (i.e. Rasengan) and other aspects important to life. Killed by Pain.
Fukasaku - Naruto went with him to train at Mt. Moyoboku, learned Sage Mode. Killed by Pain. (Later on he was revived but still.)
Kakashi - Naruto's sensei and dear friend. Has taught him endless things for life and battle. Helped him achieve the Rasen Shuriken. Died of exhaustion after using MS to save Choji from Pain. (Later on he was revived but still.)
Killer Bee - More of a teammate than sensei. Helped Naruto gain full control of the Nine-Tails. Will he die?
Yamato - Replaced Kakashi and took over as team leader for Team 7. Alongside Kakashi he helped Naruto develop the Rasen Shuriken. Alone, he helped perfect Naruto's pre-existing Rasenga. Is currently hostage to the Akatsuki and his status is unkown. Will he die or is he already dead?
Bonus:
Iruka - I know he has not taught Naruto any type of jutsu but he has always been there to help him when he needed support in life. As Killer Bee told him: "Everything you've taught Naruto will remain inside his heart." (i.e Jirayas death) Will he die?
