Yamato had the DNA of the first Hokage artificially implanted in Him. This dose not make Him a Senju any more if You had Elvis Presly or Michel Jackson DNA implanted on You.

i don't think so because yamato was created by orochimaru using the 1st hokage's DNA, so i would not classify him as a senju
