So after 100 chapters, there is still no trace of Yamato. Do You think we will see him again, or do you maybe think that he's dead, or what? Since Kabuto is kinda "dead" only zetsu and obito can say where he is, maybe he could be dead.

Nobody knows where he is and they have bigger problems on their hands.He is not getting out by himself so it will probably be after the war if anything.Remember his mokuton powers are being suppressed by the serum kabuto cooked up.Once kabuto gets out he may be the one to release him since he is the only one who can suppress the mokuton he is by means the only who can stop the effects.
