Yamashita still busy with the movie :(

I see a comment on Hayato Date's twitter asking "I want Hiroyuki Yamashita in the show".

His reply is: "Ehm... Impossible (haha)... He is too busy directing Boruto movie."

So the movie is about 3 weeks way and still being worked on... and if we take into account that it takes about 6-8 weeks to produce an episode, we may not get a Yamashita episode again for 2-3 months.

The staff has also admitted that they have bias for their favorite characters. Hinata and Shikamaru are their biggest favorites, they also like Deidara as well.

That was why Team 10 had so many good episodes in the H&K arc, specifically 82 and 85. Episode 123 was dedicated to Deidara, and episode 166 was dedicated to Hinata.

I think they could also be Obito and/or Konan fans as well, but they have never mentioned that so I'm just speculating there.

Since episodes 252 (Konan vs Tobi) was a special episode, with Yamashita doing all of the animation and Hayato Date doing the directing and storyboard. Hayato Date normally doesn't direct an episode personally unless it is important to him.

Then there was also 345 and 375 for Obito, but those were purely by Yamashita.
