Yamashita for future episodes

According to @animeblue aka bluesakuga (on youtube), date (the director of the naruto anime) has lined up yamashita and his crew for upcoming naruto episodes. No clues as to which episodes he'll be working on though.

Animeblue is a rather reliable source as she talks to the director himself on twitter (@pikachu5551) and she has been right a lot of times when it came to the naruto anime.

Also, side news, but the storyboard for the next opening and ending has been done. This could very well be the last opening (last canon opening at least).

So yes, do not worry, we will get yamashita episodes in the future.

I dunno if it will be the last canon opening but it's very likely considering that it will run from october to april of next year (It's always like that with openings). By that time, the canon part will most likely be over and this is also assuming that the anime will continue after that (the canon part may wrap up in febuary for all we know).

Can't wait for the last canon opening. I hope it includes Naruto vs Sasuke, Kaguya scenes, Madara scene, and team 7 moments.

I dunno if it will be the last canon opening but it's very likely considering that it will run from october to april of next year (It's always like that with openings). By that time, the canon part will most likely be over and this is also assuming that the anime will continue after that (the canon part may wrap up in febuary for all we know).

A lot of people think it will end in February because the Naruto Storm 4 game was delayed until February, making some think they pushed it back because it would spoil a lot of anime only fans (it has Boruto and Sarada and other spoilers).

From now until the first week of February, it would take 23 episodes to reach the first week of February. 2 of those are confirmed filler episodes (Tenten dream episodes, and Killer Bee's dream episode), leaving 21 episodes.

There are 23 chapters left (Not counting the Naruto Gaiden). If the anime does the usual 2 chapters per episode, the canon part would be completed in 12 episodes. The anime could be finished before February but SP will probably stall some more time to let Yamashita animate a few episodes.
