How are you not able to comprehend that? Bleach isn't Naruto with its "Hype" crap. Kenpachi is a title.

Why is she on Yamamoto's level? Because she is the best swordsmen and the best healer in the shinigami.

In some cases quantity (killed most people) can mean strongest. Just the fact that people like Kyoraku, Ukitake, Urahara, Aizen, Isshin, Byakuya didn't got title of Kenpachi tell that "Kenpachi" is not only about strongest.

Yamamoto will beat Kenpachi in a matter of minutes if not seconds.
I still consider Aizen the second best shinigami, why? His intelligence and power now allows him to be exactly that.
However strong Kenpachi may be, there is always someone who can beat him, Gremmy could have but he threw away his intelligence for selfish reasons.

Yamamoto is the most powerful. Aizen and Juahbach had both admitted inferiority to him and said in a straight up head to head fight they would both be killed by Yamamoto. That's why both of them had to plan extensively ahead in order to defeat him and that was using his own power against him, which they both had to do.

The only people who can defeat Yamamoto are his sons Shunsui and Jushiro. They aren't his sons by blood but he always refers to them as his sons because he raised them since they were little boys.
