Nekura Yama is a tall man with long black hair, wearing a white hood that two horns protruding. He has red eyes and wears tattooed chains that starting on his neck and end in his wrists also a few tattoos on his face, is dressed with red pants and not wearing clothes on top or shoes. A man who causes fear and respect for others and has been regularly seen staring at much powerful ninjas with a serious attitude and defiance.

Personality:
Nekura Yama is a corrupted madman who has an obsession with making people suffer, as he sees it as his responsibility to kill lowly humans who cannot even protect themselves from the simplest of attacks. This side to him has no remorse for killing innocent people and sometimes even causes him to perform such dreadful acts to simply satisfy his need for blood as well as quenching his boredom.
This prevents him from working well with others the majority of the time, however, in times where there is a greater goal/objective, he has seen to be able to hold back his madness, somewhat, till the point the objective is almost reached, allowing him to once again act freely. Regardless of his ability to do such a thing, he hardly bothers, as he has never quite had any real objectives in life. Moreover, for unknown reasons, he decides to hide his surname to everyone and despises those who call him by it, referring to himself as Nekura Yama, as compared to Haguro Yama.

Background Info.
History:
Nekura Yama was born to a farmer who had come from a line of farmers for the village of Iwagakure. During the time of his birth, the village was struggling to produce food vegetation as they had done so for many generations, meaning the farmer and his family had run out of money and were quickly starving. In order to try save his wife and daughter (before Yama's birth), the farmer set off to find work in the area past the borderlands. Unknown to him, during that time, there was a man as infamous as Orochimaru lurking the area for test subjects. Not being a ninja, or having any other special abilities, Yama's father was easily caught and experimented on by this man. After several weeks of experimentations, the man saw no real result thus no reason to keep the farmer hostage any longer and decided to kill him. Just as he reached for his Kunai, some noises were heard from the other 'room' in his lab, which was simply an underground cave with several different rooms made, surprised to hear such things, the man ran as fast as he could to see what the noise was all about, allowing Yama's father to escape. Seeing as how the experiments had failed, the man saw no real reason to go after Yama's father, and so, he allowed him to leave, despite having the ability to easily stop him.
Several years later and whilst Yama's mother was pregnant with him, his father began to lose his mind, blurting out nonsense at random times as well as being extremely violent towards all those around him. Fearing for her life and the life of her children, Yama's mother ran away with her daughter, whilst being pregnant. She escaped far into the village of Iwagakure, asking for refuge within the city walls. Yama's father knew what was happening to him, there'd be moments where he'd come back to his old self and realize what he was doing/had done was nothing like him and so decided to take his own life.
As time passed, Yama was born. At first he seemed like any other child, but as he grew, the testing done on his father had passed down to him, making him unstable and a dangerous person to be around. Despite this, he was allowed to remain in the village of Iwagakure whilst being heavily watched, of course. At this point in time, despite his outbursts, Yama was a loyal member of Iwagakure and would never have dared to even injure a fellow Iwarian, however, as he carried on to be heavily followed, he became more distant from his village, slowly beginning to despise them and their lack of trust in him.
Having had enough, he decided to take a journey away from the village and somewhere where he could be alone and free. Having easily received the permission of his Kage who wanted to get rid of him, Yama packed his things and left. During his travels, he had hoped to learn how to control his urges and emotions so that he became more of a person than the monster he was turning into it. Along his travels, he had met several different people as he moved from point to point, sleeping at different lodges each night. One specific night however, he had been tricked into staying with a group of people who he had met on his journey on the outskirts of the Sound country. The men seemed like most of the civilians he met on his journey up till that point and Yama decided to stay with them, at the place they claimed to have already prepared.

Having walked for hours, Yama began to tire, and the sun had set, allowing darkness to claim the land. Yama turned to one of the men and asked how long their resting place was from the location they were at. His question was answered by a halt of the three men in front who stood as still as statues whilst the 2 from behind could be heard removing some form of bladed weapons from their pouches. This is where you'll rest, said one of the men. Feeling a sense of betrayal, anger, Yama removed his bag and immediately rushed towards the two behind him, punching and knocking one of them out almost immediately whilst the other threw his Kunai which Yama simply couldn't avoid. The Kunai was lodged deep into his right thigh, making any form of movement extremely difficult. The men were mere bandits who assumed that Yama was a civilian, and were planning on using his body as sacrifice for a form of cult they believed in, all of this was explained to Yama as he remained still and bled. Having heard enough, he yanks the Kunai out, before quickly wrapping a piece of his sleeve which he himself had torn around the injury. What followed was the usage of an all round Wind jutsu which had taken out the remaining men with ease, though, instead of killing them, he simply knocked them unconscious and tied their body to trees in the forest.
As they regained consciousness, Yama began to one by one slice into their skin using a Kunai, making sure to avoid fatal areas and cutting deeper and deeper each minute. Their pain would only further cause him to enjoy the moments as a demonic grin became apparent on his face. Having not become satisfied with simply cutting their skin, he began to violently tear the limbs of these men whilst his grin had turned into a malicious laugh which echoed through the forest. As he tortured the men, a man was seen to be walking by, unlike those who had seen what was going on and ran, this man stood and watched. His eyes glared, almost as if they were looking into Yama's soul. Go, Yama growled. The man carried on watching, further angering Yama which led to him running straight towards the man, with no plan thoughtout. As he got closer, he noticed a portal open and a black coloured substance come out of it, however, in his state of mind, Yama didn't care about the enemies attack and headed straight into it. As it touched his body, he began to scream out loud, his head and body under tons of mental stress. Darkness overtook and his eyes simply closed.
Once he woke up, he was at the same spot he had fallen, with the man sitting down on one of the tree branches. Knowing he was in a different league, Yama simply asked the man of his name and origin, allowing him to find out about the man who introduced himself as Akuma and the clan which he led. Yama decided he could no longer hide his true self, nor should he have to, and decided to join the man's clan.
Other
Wind; Due to his mastery of the wind element, Yama can use wind jutsus with reduced hand seals, so he can easily perform jutsus which require 3/4 hand seals with one and use those which don't need hand seals extremely fast, making him have Wind release as his speciality and his most used out of the 5 basic elements.
Weapons; Yama also carries two Katanas with him at all times, one on his right side the other on his left. These are normal Katanas and have no special abilities, though he keeps them close in case a close quarter Kenjutsu battle breaks out during his travels or missions. In addition to that, he also has a Bow on his back with specially made arrows along with it, the arrows can bend and attack an opponent in an arc, rather than heading straight towards them (I have customs for the bow and arrows.)
Moreover, due to his hard training in Taijutsu, Yama has hardened hand which are able to deal more damage than usual.
