Only problem here is preta path >.< However Sasori has many traps and mechanisms that he may use to take down Preta without chakra.

The 4 paths mid diffs, although Human path would probably be useless.

Well they are all pretty much high Jounin - low Kage level. Human path's ability is useless here. Asura can destroy the iron sand and the pupets, preta can defend the paths from iron sand, and that fire attack, animal path can protect the paths, and distract Sasori with his summons. Path's win mid dif. at most.
