It’s all that expensive spiritual, imaginary, and creation stuff. Mainly Yin deals with the spiritual aspect of energy, making it the base of a variety of abilities like gen, Nara, Yamanaka etc, it’s also possible for it to shift objects/techniques into other forms somewhat in an unlimited fashion theoretically. This is mostly due to dealing with the imagination aspect of it that opens up the door for a wide array of options. It also deals with parasites and spiritual entities, with them having their own unique qualities. Naturally Yin can also deal spiritual damage to others and have side effects based on that, some that can even affect normal physical qualities and strengths. Other than that Yin can be used to empower existing capabilities that deal with spiritual aspects.

Application wise, Yin techniques naturally have a higher percentage of Yin chakra, and with that it can have a lot of deliberating effects such as weakening others or stealing chakra as opposed to Yang which generally gives chakra and empowers.

So this is an infusion of Yin chakra that is rather straight forward and as it states, the possibilities are only limited to the users imagination, altering state of mass, color etc. So even though it's straight forward, you can make some pretty complex changes. That being said I wouldn't get to crazy with how you alter something as some alterations by breach the rules of the RP or be too OP. For example, you can't make something that erases all forms of conceiving a technique, that's broken and we won't stand for that. Lmk your thoughts and questions on this.

(Inton: Ten ni Henkō) – Yin Release: Change into Heaven
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin natured energy, allowing the user to change its properties. Fire can become solid, lightning can become tangible. The possibilities are as endless as the user’s own imagination. The end result is a technique neutral to all basic elemental natures. This technique is applied within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten chakra, of the fifty it costs in total.
Note: Yin Release specialists can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE, and advanced elements.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and 6 times per arc

You replied at 4:20 on this, so it is my moral obligation to do some high as shit with it!

It’s a good technique to be applied to already unique jutsus, so it should go well with some stuff I have. I don’t have any questions in mind at the moment as I’ve seen a bit of what it can do already. It’s a technique I plan on making a custom variation of for my Nara, so yk kewl shit

As for this next technique it basically gives your genjutsu a more natural feeling etc so that its a bit harder for the opponent to not believe your creation isn't real. It affects more senses too. In a normal genjutsu where a fireball is coming at them they can use the logic that they don't feel heat or hear the actual burning sound of the fire running across the terrain. But with this yin technique used with fire nature + the gen, they will feel the heat approaching and hear it. Making it a bit harder to figure out its merely an illusion.

Another example of how you can change my genjutsu to feel more real is if you submerge the opponent in water. Then use this with water nature to make them actually feel the water running across their skin

(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: Cannot be used on techniques above S-Rank.
Note: Yin Release specialists can use advanced elements and CE.

the next one is Hungry Ghost. It lets you infuse a spiritual parasite into your elemental techniques (and other techniques if you're a Yin master) so whenever it clashes with another technique the parasite will instantly attach to the source of the other technique's chakra (your opponent who created the tech). Once the parasite is attached it weakens the opponent's techniques by a single rank (this includes the technique it originally clashes with) thus giving you an upper hand. One thing to note is that this is a debuff, so you wouldn't be able to have your own techniques buffed by numerous since there's limits. You'd only be able to buff your own damage with 1 boost instead of 2. The tether can be broken by things like surges and stuff, but of stuff like senjutsu, yin, yang etc.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A (+50)
Damage: N/A
Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.
Note: Yin Release master can apply this technique to advanced elements and CE
Note: Hungry Ghost can only be used on S-rank techniques and below.

The five elements illusion one is pretty direct and effective, been up against it one time too many smh. It’ll be nice to combo with the Yin spec to make some nasty as illusions

Hungry ghosts, wew lord, now this one i’ve seen been applied a dozen times to me already, which makes me sure that it has hard af to counter unless you pop sm. But if you’re in it already then you’re in trouble since there are very few techniques with that high of a chakra surge of SM nature. Luckily a brother plans on subbing some counters with these adv fuij buffs.

Great phantom dragons is basically a combination of Yin chakra, elements and hungry ghosts in one technique. You can create up to 5 dragons with elements of your choice infused within them (they have to be infused with an element. Can't be a plain yin dragon). The dragons would take the effects of the element but you'd lose access to the element(s) that were used to bring the dragons into existence. So when these clash with shit, hungry ghost effects come into play just like the original tech. Ofc it comes with simple restrictions outlined in the notes. Any questions?

(Inton: Dai Mugen Ryu) - Yin Release: Great Phantom Dragons
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 150
Damage: 100 | 120 (for multi-element)
Description: A more powerful version of “Yin Release Hungry Ghost Technique.” Rather than the user arbitrarily adding their Yin Release chakra to a specific technique, the user will create a number of large, elemental dragons using any of the basic elements plus their Yin Release chakra. The user can create up to 5 serpentine dragons which, once created, can act independently according to the user’s will. Due to the user being able to manipulate multiple elements at once, each dragon created can be of a different nature. Each dragon will also have the absorption properties of “Hungry Ghost,” thus becoming even more dangerous. However, due to the massive amount of chakra and control needed to use these dragons, the user can only control two dragons at any given time. While the dragons are present, the user cannot use any Yang Release or elemental techniques of the natures that currently exist within the dragons. Yin Release masters can combine two natures together in order to make a multi-elemental dragon or even a dragon consisting of an advanced element or CE that they know. However, in doing so they will only be able to create two dragons.
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle.

Another common one, it’s pretty nice that you can have sentient creations that have elements like that. Kinda a bootleg change into heaven + the ghosts, pretty clear notes and restrictions, no questions.
