I don't have kabuto at my top 10 because I only count current power levels. Kabuto lost his powers so on my list, he's back to where he was prior to injecting orochimaru's cells within him.

If sasuke chooses to shoot him right through the brain i don't see him liquifying. And there is a reason he didn't use amaterasu arrows in this fight physically on kabuto... because it would have killed him

The only reason Kabuto lost is because he was so OP and Kishi want to end it, so he sent EDO Itachi to fight him and he used Izanami...

Dodging > Arrow. He wasn't exactly used to his snake like he wasn't used to the horns he had in DSM.
Actually, he wouldn't even need to dodge. Oral Rebirth through that snake is enough to counter it.
Oral Rebirth > Amaterasu

he couldn't dodge because of the yasaka magatama pinning him to that spot so Uchiha battle strategy>Dodging. I don't see oral rebirth saving kabuto from an arrow to the brain

LOL that's for sure, DSM Kabuto is monster, Itachi not even close, Itachi could use Izanami only because he was an Edo, if he wasn't an Edo this would happen
