Can a Yahiko bio use Rain techs?
It's stated his affinity was Suiton and that the Deva Path of Pain (Yahiko's body) was shown to use Rain Techs. So would Yahiko be able to use them. (For RP)

probably not, considering nagato controlled yahiko's body.

EDIT: you could learn it though, just gotta pass the test and stuff
