Not sure how much Konan improved from the time of Yahiko's death to her own. Didn't want the intent to be kill because it just doesn't sit well with me for this fight.

Mmmm if Konan at that time was able to discompose herself with Paper Jutsu, she would have done it when Hanzo caught her. anyway, her paper is disvantaged against water (she prays Nagato to stop the rain before attacking Jiraiya). so depends on how good is Yahiko's suiton, but from what we've seen, his general skills are a bit above the average. But we really don't know other about him. I'd say Yahiko wins hard diff anyway
