Well i wouldn't say that to Yukino and Yui they have every right to be mad about how 8man do things.. not even 8man is pleased with what he did,

Well all this thing about Tobe's confession and Yukino's outburst is nothing but a skirmish compared to what will happen after this, and with the introduction of Isshiki Iroha ( The Best Girl in the show ) shit is about to get real.

They do because they care about him, seeing him victimized himself for the sake of other people that he despise.. i mean did you look at his monologue in the 1st season at 1st episode about "Youth" and his conversation with Hayama in riverbank ? he should be ignoring this kind of problem instead of protecting it,

And no 8man is not doing the best he can to solve the problem he just chose the most effective way.

The purpose of the group is to help people yes ? but not like that, what 8man did is basically a solo play kamikaze style, everyone is content but him, but they're are a group not a one man team, there are better ways but 8man did what he did without consulting with the other 2 and that is also what pissed the girls off,

A man can only catch so much bullet before it starts to hurt and finally break you down,

Nobody stop 8man ? the girls cant do anything heck they dont know what 8man was about to do, while the other 2 useless guy is just trash, Hayama in the other hand is well aware of what 8man will do, but that's what he wanted 8man to do he didn't like it either but for Hayama his group is lot more precious than 8man feeling.
