- Coral Palm
"While in his transformed state, Yagura strikes the opponent with a powerful blow, causing a large formation of coral to quickly grow from the initial point of contact. This then rapidly solidifies and restricts the enemy's mobility, as the substance continues to grow, eventually covering their entire body."

- Water Release: Water Mirror Technique
"The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then hooking onto and rotating the 'mirror' 90° with their staff, the reflections emerge and materialise from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same technique as their counterpart — regardless of its type — they counter the attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse into water."

With Water Mirror, and with his Bijuu Powers, he could use one hand to form a Mirror, and the other hand to form Bijuu Arms. Then if Itachi tries to use Toutsuka, he makes his own Toutsuka come out of the Mirror, uses his Bijuu hand to grab Itachi's Toutsuka, and then stab Itachi with his own blade, sealing him inside. Solo God just got Solo'd.
When Yagura sees you tying to Kamui, he just simply pulls out his Water Mirror, and another Kakashi/Obito come out and take you into their Kamui World, where you have to waste chakra to get out. Try that again? Rinse and repeat. Yagura could also make clones that would surround him as they get a clear view of the area; no sneak attacks at all. Kamui isn't a Problem.
He can also parry any long ranged attack like Bijuu Bomb, so yeah, Yagura is OP.
Don't forget if you get to close, him and his many Bijuu Arms could slap you and you instantly turn into a Coral and are Immobilized until he feels like breaking you out.

I'm changing my avatar to Yagura and refering anybody to this Thread when I explain why Yagura solo's.
When Yagura sees you tying to Kamui, he just simply pulls out his Water Mirror, and another Kakashi/Obito come out and take you into their Kamui World, where you have to waste chakra to get out.
