How did you all miss it, Yachiru was embarrassed she lost her fight so she took off her Lieutenants badge and disappeared. She's Kenny's Lieutenant you think she doesn't feel like crap after losing? Look at how Ikaku took losing to Ichigo, Kenny's squad loves battle and hates being beaten. Yachiru is fine physically, it's mentally you need to worry about.
