I reckon that kaguya's body could mess up somehow and that madara who's presence may still be in kaguya might try to fight for control and eventually he'll win and madara uchiha will be back, the reason I say this is because black zetsu is kaguya's will I think and being that it was kaguya's will(black zetsu) that combined with madara's jubi jinchuriki form plus the shinju that madara absorbed led to black zetsu being able to revive kaguya that now that naruto has destroyed that arm maybe madara will come back but I dunno I could be wrong but you never know.

And can you explain why Kaguya was perfectly fine before Black Zetsu clung to her arm? Can you explain how Madara who could not handle the godly chakra levels will suddenly magically be able to surpass his chakra cap? Can you explain the purpose of a dead character to be brought back to life with Edo Tensei, only to die, and then come back alive again? What does a character with a resolved plot have to add to the rest of the Narutoverse plot when the entire manga has been building to the Sage and his mother? How about the fact that Black Zetsu is merely a Yin creation that essentially makes it a recording of her will? How does Kaguya's existence depend in any way, shape or form on Black Zetsu? This is not adding up.

Well, BZ broken down Madara's body but BZ reshaped his black mass into kaguya.

First of all, BZ IS her will, without him, she has no will. She shed her will from the juubi's body before being sealed by her sons, BZ told us just a few chapters ago....

It's likely this is why she isn't able to handle all the juubi chakra now, she lost her will, much like Obito did after initially becoming the Juubi jin...
