I like the whole concept of there being a non- "evil" born villain. Even the "joker" who is considered as just "pure villain" is initially someone who is butt hurt over the past. Orochimaru is no other way.

"Good guy". He was a child. He worked for Konoha. But he was messed up the day his parents died.
Did he bring it up to the Hokages? Don't remember that ever being said :|
You still didn't counter anything. Did he have feelings for Konoha during the invasion? Highly likely. Did he really care? Obviously not. Did he want Konoha razed to the ground? Yup. Hiruzen dead at his feet, just before he tortured him? Yup. Did he immediately kill those feelings? Yup. His destroyed the bond he had with the Leaf. If you can't see that, well...
