Y cant Naruto fly!

Yep! Madara after coming bak 2 life! couldnt fly with 1 rinnegan eye but after bcoming tentails jin, he flew! he just got 2nd eye now, so I kno its nt bcos of d rinnegan as in pains case! that he has been flyin!.
Naruto has tentails power and truth seeking balls dat can fly! So someone pliz tell me Y Naruto is not flying now!

I think the previous juubi jinks flew around using their rinnegan. Gravity manipulation and all that.

However, even without gravity control Naruto should be able to fly by using the 7th tailed biju's chakra.
