But you should stock up on dusk balls and timer balls.

Only resort top the timer balls if you run out of dusk balls.

But first, after you run out of dusk balls, prolong the fight as long as possible, then use a timer ball.

No. Never use your Masterball for fights like that.

Always save them for roaming Legendaries, and considering the event Pokemon haven't been announced yet, you should consider saving the Masterball for them.

I catch everything in a standard pokeball or premier ball. They have the lowest catch rate and yet i caught Yveltal in 6 premier balls, and mewtwo not 5 minutes ago in the first premier ball i threw.

I don't own X/Y but same happened to me in SoulSilver.

Beat the elite four, go to the cave and use any ball other than your master ball, cause you are gonna need it.
