I still don't understand why they called it xbox one, what happend to xbox 720?

Microsoft claims it's an all in one system. Thats why they call it the Xbox One.

720 was never a confirmed named, people just took it and ran with it. I find it funny their calling it the Xbox one..even tho this is the 3rd XBox
