1) There's no such a thing as PC gaming, 99% of PC games are console ports and have been so for the past decade.
2) Both the XB1 and PS4 are great gaming and social machines for the money you pay for either respectively.
3) True that launch games, leave much to be desired, but; that doesn't make a purchase now a bad thing, on the contrary.
4) Kinect 2 is awesome
5) $400 gets you a machine that plays Bf4 and all upcoming games @1080p with an amazing quality on par with PC

So, to OP, cut the BS, be quite and respect the gaming crowd. Yeah!

Uhh. I'm getting a Ps4 regardless. I've grown up with the play station all my life, since I was a toddler. No doubt the Ps4 will be good. I'm going to wait until there are multiple games.

Tho I do not usually play by using a Tv as TV lack greatly in quality compared to a monitor. Tho, my monitor is pretty big so it size isn't the issue. If you don't know that all it takes is an hdmi cord then you know nothing about computers and shouldn't be giving your opinion about something you know nothing about.

99% of pc gaming are ports? Gee, I didn't know that consoles could play every game that's on steam. In fact, the pc has more games than every console combined due to the indie community. You can't see that because you only play from consoles, so what you see are your sony and microsoft approved games, but not the entire gaming market like PC has things set up. The ps4/xbox one will not get 1080p on every video game. Also, PC can go above that, in fact, it can go to 4k resolution and then you can use graphic mods like high resolution textures and lighting effects. PC has Oculus rift (Virtual reality in games) high end graphics while console get's set to low settings, 3D that runs smoothly, more exclusives than the ps3/360/wii, combined from the indie game community. Resolutions higher than 1080p, multi monitor support, support for any gaming controller you wish, can mod your outdated games making graphics higher, adding new missions/morethings to do. Really there's endless stuff that a Pc does that a console cannot. They aren't even comparable. As for price. Pc gaming is actually cheaper than console gaming.

Not once did I make a random post stating that Pc was better. I simply replied to someone who was misinformed and corrected them. If someone is going to start saying bs about something they obviously know nothing of while I do, I'm going to correct them. Never said I did care what anyone spends their money on, he was the one that brought up prices, so I did the same. If I had made a random post in this thread saying "hurr pc ftw omg all u consle nubs dnt know wut true powah iz" then I'd be calling upon superiority. However, the person I was replying to was claiming that there is no such thing as pc gaming because nearly all of the games are ports. That right there is him claiming superiority over PC, then me correcting him on his misinformation. He then went on to say that it's $400 for a ps4 that has graphics on par with PC which isn't true as PC games have settings higher than consoles due to console hardware limitations and then saying the thing about the price which implies that he's saying the pc gaming is more expensive. Once again, if someone is wrong in a field I know very well about, I'm going to correct them, not watch them bask in their ignorance.

Call of Duty arguably the most successful franchise was originally on the PC and the "Next Gen" is way closer spec wise to a PC then the typical console formats it use to be.

If it's not exclusive, it's usually always on PC. But once again, the PC has the indie community to make up for the exclusives. The only reason I once bought a Ps3 was for Naruto ultimate ninja storm 1 back when it was only available on the ps3, I liked it but didn't like any other game the console had to offer, because 90% of them I could already get for my PC. So it just comes down to the opinion.
