Xbox Customer service issues

**** Xbox I'm so done with them. I had to get 3 360's before RROD stopped but I put up with it then I went to get a new gen(I even waited past the initial months when all the shit happens). Was planning on PS4 the whole time, got to the store Xbox was 50 off and came with 2 games, the cheapskate in me won 
I got the Xbox 1.
Fast forward a few months later, Xbox stops connecting to the internet. When I click connect it comes up "all good, you're connected" but I'm not, sir. So I play a few weeks offline and get pissed one night I still can't get on so I unplug the system completely(from wall from machine from plug to power brick, everything) and let it sit for a few more weeks while I play my trusty reliable always connecting PS3(thank God I broke down and bought a PS3 before I bought my new gens.
After about a month, month and a half I plug it back in and it needs an update. I update and everything's alright for a few months then it starts not connecting again. Another update comes up only now my Xbox gets to 7%(at best) then says there was an error loading the update. EVERYTIME. So I skip the update and play online. 2 days later, I go to turn the junk on and no signal. Switched my HDMI to my Laptop, signal. So now the Xbrick won't even display yet it does turn on and the hard reset method of holding the eject and power does nothing. So now I've had Xbox Live since March and only been able to access it at best 2 months, sporadically.
