[Xbox 360] Xbox 360.. Please help!!

I have had my Xbox since 2008 and I got it chipped in 2010. I purchased a PS3 for the free online but now I want to use Xbox Live.

My main concern is will I get caught? I will be using an original game bought from EB Games on a chipped Xbox, will they find out or am I safe?

No, it's just that I prefer XBOX layout, controller & user display. Not to mention the better servers & less lag for online play. Don't get me wrong, I love the PS3 but XBOX 360 was my first new generation console and I'm just used to it better ^.^
