You never infused chakra into the shuriken so they would just go off on their original trajectory and not be controlled by the flame's movements.

I will probably use it when i am almost out of chakra and an opponent is approaching me with a taijutsu attack or to defend against a wind attack
Well as it ignites furiously and covers anything with in range it's a very good way to attack someone when he is at short range
Cons- Well for a c rank techniques i guess the no of handseal is to much and it being restricted to short range is also a problem
I shall use a wind jutsu of mid or long range with it in a combo to increase it's range and power

Pretty much alright except for that you can't combine streams of fire, jutsu that are constantly emitted from your mouth, with wind jutsu as that would be performing two different elemental jutsu at the same time. That would require that you have Yin/Yang. Understand?

- Perform the hand seals; Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger.
- Breathe out your fire chakra as flames.
- Knead your chakra into the flames and by using chakra shape manipulation, change the shape of the flames into that of a dragon.
- Divide the dragon into 3 sections and have the flames of the dragon attack from three directions at once, a frontal attack, an attack on the target's left flank, and a target on the target's right flank.
- Make the fires from the divided dragon immense and be able to burn human flesh to ash in just a few moments.

This jutsu allows you to expel fire shots from your hands that will explode on contact with the target. You will first ignite a spark with your chakra and then by using your chakra, increase the size of the spark in your hands and then send the sparks at the target as much larger shots of what appears to be fire. The sparks will then be set off when they hit the target and explode.

A much stronger version of the Great Fire Ball technique, it should burn them away quickly. The downside is that the range is reduced due to the fire burning the fuel away faster.

This jutsu, much like the previous one, allows you to expel three large fireballs after jumping in mid-air. The three pockets of chakra will then combine once they begin to reach a center point between all three of them. The fire from each fireball will mix in and create one immense fireball.
