It will pass a ring formed by your index finger and thumb. After passing the ring, your chakra will begin to ignite the air and form a large fire ball. The fire ball will then head off towards the enemy.

A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

This jutsu allows you to bind your opponent with a cord of wire and then after performing the necessary hand seals, you will release fire onto the cord and then guide it across the cord until it reaches the target where it will burn them. It is meant to aim for their upper body.

*I find a fairly large log and I kick it over towards a tree in the near distance, I send two shuriken laced with wire towards the log, having them wrap around the log, pinning it to the tree, with the main stream of wire still in my grasp I make the seals*

For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
