*i send a wave of suiton chakra into the air that fuses with the clouds and turns them into rain clouds. i then send two more waves of chakra into the clouds, one fuses with the rain directly so it can react with chakra and sense it, allowing me to sense it as well. the other wave of chakra makes the rain clouds heavy and the rain falls in a large wave, covering the whole area. as the rain hits anything with chakra, i sense it and is aware of its location, including you*

I wouldn't call it a wave of chakra as it is a constant sensory ability and not one that is activating for a moment and then reactivating. It should be more of a mixing of your chakra into the rain as a sensory form of your chakra.

*as my chakra is still infused with the rain clouds, i mold the chakra to spread out thinly, effectively causing the clouds to spread out as well. as it spreads out and gets thinner and thinner, it loses its weight and becomes lighter, causing the rain to stop falling*

First Jutsu:

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: Traps opponent in a orb of water that the user must maintain contact with or the jutsu is broken.

This jutsu allows you to form water in a nearby area, or spew it out of your mouth, and then form these handseals, Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare, and as you finish them, you will stick your hand out and form an orb of water all around the opponent. You will then densify the water to an extent where the water becomes so heavy, the opponent can't move inside of the water sphere and the exterior of the sphere becomes as hard as steel. This jutsu works excellently with a water clone and lightning-based ninjutsu.

*Creates a clone at mid-range of you.*

I want you to use this jutsu to trap my clone. You will run at him while performing the handseals and trap him in the dense sphere of water until he drowns. You will have to provide your own water source and form the water as you near him as well as densify the water to a high extent.

*i first start by creating my water source. i manifest my chakra in my stomach and turn it into suiton. i then release it out of my body and have it manifest again in front of me, decreasing the density of the suiton chakra and turning it into water in front of me. i then morph the water into a large ball and launch it at the clone's feet, creating a large puddle of water*

Descripton: causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.

*i then run over towards the clone and perform the seals. as i perform the seals, i focus more chakra towards the puddle i made, taking control of it. as i get near, i stretch out my hand and have the puddle rise up and encircle the clone and my hand from the wrist down. then, as my hand is in the prison, i release a large amount of suiton that turns into water and fills the prison. i then release a steady flow of chakra from my hand that's in the prison, the chakra then increases the density of the prison, causing it to be unescapable*

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

This jutsu allows you to add water chakra to every cell in your body and turn the cells into a watery form that allows physical attacks to pass through the water. While in this state, you are immune to physical attacks however you are susceptible to elemental attacks still.

*Creates a clone at mid-range of you.*

I want you to use this jutsu to turn your body into a watery liquid as my clone throws shuriken and kunai at you. You can turn yourself into water by adding water chakra to every single cell in your body and then focusing on a water-like looseness and then mold the water chakra in each cell, turning them to water.

*As you try to form your body into water, you form a hole in your stomach which allows one kunai through but a barrage follows and you are quickly overwhelmed while trying to fill your body with water chakra. I then block those kunai with a flurry of shuriken from your side.*

o.o Remember, you want to focus on every imaginable tiny cell inside of your small body. You have to focus on adding water chakra to every one of those 50 trillion cells of yours. Don't just focus on one area.

(Suiton: Suishouu Gorugan) - Water Style: Strong Current Torrential Rain

Description: A current of water that can be shape into a dragon/snake to attack but is`nt a rushing flow like Water dragon,this body of water is staionary excpet when being used to attack.It is sent towards the target as a biting serpent.

This jutsu allows you to form a water source into a dragon/snake that stays stationary near you. The water/dragon will not move until it is actually used for an attack however and will attack in the form of a serpent with its fangs bared.

*Creates a clone at mid-range of you.*

You will perform this jutsu on the clone by forming your water chakra in the water in the form of a large snake. The snake will then emerge out of the water and remain stationary till you use it to attack. You will immediately use the snake to attack the clone and flush him into a large current as well as hitting him with a large amount of force.

Descripton: A large sphere of rotating water that is spit out of the users mouth that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

This jutsu allows you to form water in your mouth and release it as a high pressure sphere from your mouth. This jutsu is useful due to its speed and usage without handseals. You can also use this jutsu by forming a reverse whirlpool which causes a vertical angle to the centripetal force of the water and can be used to form a mass of water to shoot out and attack the target.

*Creates two clones at mid-range of you.*

I want you to use both methods of use and destroy each clone with one of the methods. You can use the mouth method by forming water in your mouth and then releasing it as a sphere of water at the target. You can use the other method by forming your chakra into a whirlpool that spins upwardly and forms a mass of water to shoot out of the water and attack the target.

The other version comes from pre-existing water. You will rotate the water and it will spin upwards and the water will hit the target while constantly rotating, basically, it forms a spinning tendril out of the water. You can create multiple tendrils.
