Appearance

Irelia is a slender, pale-skinned woman with long dark hair up to the hips. Her robes are a mix of elegant robes and battle attire with a distinctive palette of red, pink, black and silver. The most characteristic ornaments of her attire are the silver diadem on her head. Growing up and living in the north, pale skin was a common trait among her people however when her parents moved to the Eastern Water Archipelago, Irelia found herself tanning easily when out in the sun too long. Irelia has a graceful frame, spending years dancing and learning the traditional arts of her people which Irelia later learned was a form of fighting through dancing. Irelia has naturally sky blue eyes, a trait taken from her mother, while her father had brown eyes. During her teenage years, Irelia dyed her hair aqua blue, an act of rebellion against her parents who insisted she stop dancing as much and focus on aim to study for a career.
Irelia has worn many outfits in her life from traditional familial dresses to casual comfy home wear however since leaving home Irelia has stuck to her regular travelling clothes, the red, pink black and silver dress. Access to fuinnjutsu allows Irelia to seal her wardrobe on the go, giving her access to many outfits for the right occasion such as coats and gowns for colder climates with dresses and skirts for warmer weather. Irelia doesn't have much in the way of formalwear not often being the one for the centre of attention and preferring the call to adventure. Irelia has basic sewing skills, capable of fixing her outfits on her own, however creating an outfit or clothes from scratch is beyond her. Her weapons and combat gear was all either purchased of given as gifts from generous people.
Personality
Despite having moved when young, Irelia always yearned to return to her homeland and learn more about her culture and where she came from and where her parents grew up. It wasn't until her teenage years that she had learn that her parents had been forced out of their homes because of an occupation, fleeing to the snowy remote region in the north, where Irelia was born. An active and inquisitive child that would have a thirst for learning and discovering adventure, she would wait till she came of age to leave home and return to the mainland to learn more of the world. Despite protest from her parents, Irelia's nature could not be stopped and during the time of the Red Fever plague and undead assaults, Irelia moved from town to town, learning as much of the world as she could. Irelia never stopped long enough to become a known figure, but often checked the news when she could to see where her next adventure could be. Irelia is a passionate and protective person, who is a woman that will protect innocent people until her last breath. Despite nearly losing her life on several occasions during the undead invasion, her spirit remained strong, wishing only to grow stronger to protect everyone she cared about as well as those that couldn't protect themselves.

Durthu looks like several parts of trees that are combines and held together by thick vines, much like muscles that form his body. He is capable of compressing himself to a smaller state, which effectively creates a suit of wooden armour for his summoner. While in his armour form, he can still perform his own treekin techniques, however he cannot move on his own, being restricted to being stuck on the user. A side ability of the Armour, is that Durthu can manipulate his body to form extra arms, legs, appendages that are required for the user. These can be used to perform freeform actions, and non elemental taijutsu moves. Durthu is a master of using the Sap, and has a passive +10 chakra to all sap related Treekin techniques. As one of the oldest and strongest trees, Durthu also has a passive +20 to all wood related techniques, or the equivalent +10 chakra for all non damaging techniques.

Even as a small child, Xan Irelia was fascinated by the grace and beauty of human movement. Under her grandmother’s tutelage, she learned the traditional silk dances of her province—though she was dubious of their supposedly mystical connection to the Spirit of Ionia, Irelia’s love for the dances was real. Seeking to master the art, she eventually left home to study with some of Ionia’s most respected performers at the Last Bastion of Tobusekai.
Irelia’s people were peaceful and sought harmony with their neighbors, but rumors of foreign invaders sighted off the coast unsettled many at the Placidium. Irelia returned to her village to find it already occupied, with steel-helmed soldiers from distant Earth Lands shoving unarmed civilians through the streets with the butts of their spears. The Earth Lands Admiral Duqal had seized the Xan home to quarter his fleet officers.
Irelia’s brothers and her father Lito had evidently protested; her entire family now lay in unmarked graves, in the gardens.
Ravaged by grief, the young girl saw Duqal’s men hauling valuables from the house. Among the loot was a large metal crest, depicting the Xan family emblem. Irelia raced to it, wrenching it from Earth Kingdoms hands. The admiral himself hurled her to the ground, and had his warriors shatter the crest with a heavy iron maul, before ordering them to dig a fresh grave for this upstart child.
As they surrounded her, Irelia averted her eyes, looking to the pieces of the Xan crest scattered on the ground. From deep within her soul, she felt a strange rhythm begin to beat. The shards of metal began to twitch, to twist, moving seemingly on their own, and Irelia felt the serene joy of the ancient dances once more...
With a sweep of her arm, she sent the pieces flying like ragged blades, cutting clean through two of the soldiers. As Duqal and his officers reeled in shock, Irelia snatched up the shards of her crest, and fled the village.
In the quiet forests beyond, Irelia mourned her family, and thought back to her grandmother’s teachings. She realized that the techniques she had learned were more than mere dances—they were a powerful expression of something far greater.
The Earthen Kingdom occupation soon began to test the fragile peace of Tobusekai. It was said that even the religious leader Karma had been forced to strike back at the invaders with deadly ninjutsu, though her followers had now withdrawn to the Last Bastion and would not condone any further violence. Across Tobusekai, dissenting voices began to band together. A resistance was forming, one that would not rest until Tobusekai was free once more. Irelia joined their ranks, performing her cherished dances for them in the woodland camps, to preserve some vestige of their vanishing culture.
She was barely fourteen years old when she found herself back at the Selva Oscura. Her band of resistance fighters joined the militia who had sworn to guard the monasteries and wild, sacred gardens.
But Earthen Kingdom knew only too well what this place represented. A particularly cunning general named Jericho Swain captured the Selva Oscura and took its defenders hostage, hoping to lure the inevitable reinforcements into a trap.
It was in this moment that Irelia rose to meet her destiny. Freed from her bonds, she unleashed the full potential of her ancient blade dance, lashing out with graceful zeal. A dozen of Swain’s veterans fell, sowing chaos in their ranks as the other captives joined her, before she struck down the general himself—the sight of this rebellious girl hefting his severed arm over her head would be the turning point of the war.
This victory, the Great Stand at Selva, ensured that everyone in Tobusekai knew the name of Xan Irelia, and looked to her for leadership. Reluctantly, she led the growing resistance for almost three years of grueling battle before her triumph at Last Stand. There, she finally cornered the defeated Admiral Duqal, and exacted the vengeance she had sought for so long.
Though the war has long since ended, Ionia has been permanently changed by it. The First Lands are now divided, with rival factions fighting each other almost as bitterly as they did the Earthen Kingdom. Many continue to look to Irelia for answers but, while others might welcome such power, Irelia remains uneasy with it.
At heart, she still yearns only to dance alone.

Irelia has collected many tools on her adventure and wields a number of scientific tools, each serving a different purpose in battle that allows her to gain an edge over whomever she may face. She also carried a variety of swords around her back, capable of being manipulated via her magnetic release as well.
( Chakura Tu ) Chakra Blade

Description: The user invents a chakra blade that uses the wielder's chakra to generate a makeshift blade but has the downside of draining too much chakra too quickly. These blades are able to cut through attacks of the same rank and below with ease. Cyborgs are able to grow these blades from attachments to their body, noted within the biography.
Note: Ninja can have up to 2 Chakra Blades. Custom Cyborgs can have up to 4 Chakra Blades.
( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 5 for Custom Cyborgs.

The Banshee's Wail | Josei Himei

Description:
The Banshee's Wail is a special set of in-ear defenders that were made for the purpose of mimicking the Sound Ninjutsu known as Inner Sonar, but to a much more advanced level. By using technology fitted within the defenders, the user can decipher where and what happens around them with pinpoint precision without the need to use their breathing for the technique. When the device receives any vibrations of sound, it can calculate where it had come from, and by sending a harmless current into the users inner ear, can allow them to "feel" where or what happened without actually seeing it. The device itself also has built in dampeners that allow it filter out any extreme noise above certain thresholds that would be damaging to the user while also being able to filter out any noise that may affect the users balance through manipulation of sound.
Notes:
-Must be kept active with 10 chakra per turn.
-Can filter 60 damage worth of Sound jutsu per turn
-Last up to 4 turns per activation and can only be activated twice.

Description:
While most of the world developed using technology, a small cut off corner of civilisation found an alternate source of power to use to evolve and create their technology. Steam power created wonders and allowed the civilisation to flourish as much as any other technological society.
The user custom fits their technology to work based off a small fuel cell within the technology itself. This cell is two small seals placed opposite each other. One producing a small flame while the other produces a stream of water. The bigger the tech, the larger the seals able to be used and the more of the fire or water that id able to be let out. Technology that requires drainage of chakra from the user allows them to constantly funnel chakra into these seals or one off uses activate like an on off switch for these seals. Once activated the seals are turned on.
User who have steam punk technology have a uniquely looking style of technology compared to regular technology, mostly with more gears, steam and brass. The advantage of steam based technology compared to regular technology is that it cannot be shorted out by electricity or EMP based devices. High powered raiton based techniques can take out steampunk creations, however they require one addition rank or +20 damage for S rank steampunk creations.
If hit by a fire attack of the same rank, this will super charge the steampunk technology creation, increasing its rank by 1 or damage by 20, for 2 turns.
The disadvantage however is that should a steampunk creation come into contact with an equal rank technique of water, this will cool down the technology, causing it to shut down and be unusable for 2 turns until it sufficiently heats up again.
Should the user wish if they have this in their biography they are capable of summoning steampunk animals from their contracts. These animals follow the same rules, and still have the same abilities (following logical laws and reasoning. Eg snakes can have a container of venom inside their body and use needle like injectors to still use venom based techniques). Summoning work on a battery based system where they can only be activated for the 4 turns they are summoned before dispersing or powering down.
Note:
-If used for Ninja Tools other than Summonings, then it will have the same amount of uses logically, having the appropriate battery life. This does not extend or shorten uses or length of activations.
-Summoning still cost chakra to summon, this tech simply alters the summon from a biological organism to a mechanical one
-Summonings still last the same time as they normally would, either 4 turns normally or indefinite if a specialty.
- User can either place this in their bio, or at the start of a match, or when a summoning technique is used for reference
Tenshi | Valkyrie

Description:
A simple small backpack type tool, this has several protrusions along the shoulder blade joints that stick out. From these the user can eject chakra to create wing like creations, that allow the user to float gently and softly. Within the backpack are rechargeable solar batteries that can hold 50 chakra.
The wings themselves are able to launch the user in a direction with a cost of 10 per range, meaning 10 for short, 20 for mid and 30 for long. At the cost of 10 chakra per turn the user can keep the wings active to float.
As a the battery itself cannot be charging while in use, meaning that while active it cannot recover chakra.
Notes:
-Should the user wish, they can funnel their own chakra into the tool. Activation of the pack will cost a move, however maintaining for floating is considered passive.
-Activation of wings can only be activated every other turn, meaning once activated it takes a turn to cool down before being activated again.[/FONT]
