Bio: Mei is the child of Moe. Her mother and her were held captive and experimented on by Mei's father for 8 years. Moe died during an experiment gone wrong. Through Mei's anger and sadness she escaped and has been on the run from her father for 2 years. Naturally curious (like her mother) but very guarded and anti-social.
