Destiel's eyes glaze over the buildings and rubble that Dante rubs his finger across"So I take it that this new dictator is responsible for what has happened to the city." with this he sighs and adjust his glasses this time by the frame,"Even after you've finished gathering people for this "group" of yours,how do you plan on finding him?"
*Arachne sighs*
"Please. Like any information would even come out of my mouth if I thought I was telling someone suspicious."

*Dante continues walking and talking.*
"Yea. Axel. I knew him back when we were X-Students. Good guy that Axel. Until he created a clone of himself and then committed suicide. Not much we could do. But like I said, I know him. I know where to find him and what he can do. To an extent anyway."
*Dante pulls his notebook out and tosses it to Destiel.*
"Read the section I have on Axel. It'll give some vital info for fighting him. Of course it won't have anything to exactly beat him. Just a description of his abilities before he went crazy."

*burst out into immediate laughter*
"I go where I please and answer to no one. This world and every other bow to me and me alone. I left this world by choice and return for the same reason. I bow before no one, however..."
*Vandal raises his hands and your clones begin to fall to their knees*
"All bow before me. I have come to restore the balance to this world. A world of equality."
Destiel catches the notebook and flips to the section on Axel. He reads over it's contents while walking,"Hmmm,this guy seems rather formidable..." Destiel says as he reads everything over for a 3rd time(although it appeared to everyone else that he only read it once) before closing the notebook "He shouldnt be much of a problem with the correct planning. You do have a plan other than charge in and hope for the best right?"

This world is mine... you may be able to make my clones bow, but i shall neevr bow to the likes of you. You were defeated once. It will be child's play to do it again, and this is without the help of your brother Barry
As Axel stand next to his clones which are on one knee a tendril forms from Axel's back and shapes itself into a claw. He then grabs on clone throws it towards vandal. He does the same for the second one as well, He then shifts side to side himself to the point in which he begin to flicker. He dash towards Vandal leaving behind afterimages of where is was, He then pushes himself off the clones and lands in front of Vandal. The clones the pick themselves of the ground and begin to attack Gene.
You will never take this world from me.
Axel then delivers two kicks to Vandal knocking him up in the air, As he flashes above him shooting a Plasma Beam into his back knocking him back onto the floor.
"Uhh. Sorta. Our plan currently is to meet up with some other mutants. My friend Cole for one and his brother Emmett. And once I gather all my new elites, I'll use your abilities as specialties."
*As Dante speaks he notices a young adult walking in a small crowd of people. Dante continues to walk closer to him.*
"Him. He's the next one."
*Dante points at the man as they draw closer.*
*The group approaches the man. Once they reach him, Dante speaks.*
"Excuse me. My name is Dante. Would you happen to have any mutant abilities? I'm the leader of a ragtag mutant group."
*The man nods and explains his abilities. He introduces himself.*
"Well. Adolf Reinhardt. How would you like to join us?"
