X-Men: Reborn

[Yeongwonhi]

Nico returns to the academy. She was wearing a cute sun dress and silver chucks with a denim side bag. Despite being able to afford better things Nico decided to settle for the girl next door look. She wanders along the corridors trying to find the classroom or at least made it look like she was.

 

[Souji]

"Now? Now I train a group of rebels. We still pledge our allegiance to the X-Men but we don't exactly play by their rules. Robin here is one of my rebels. The world has changed much. Most of our group either died, left and decided to hide from everyone, others switched sides, like Axel and my sister, and finally some continued to work for the X-Men."

"Well, thanks for the info, I guess. Who's this Axel I keep hearing about?"

Tyler sees Nico a short distance away. She admittedly looked pretty good.

He sighs...

why do you care so much, TP? You're gonna get yourself involved in unnecessary things again...

It'll be fun though, don't you think?

"Well, thanks for the info, I guess. Who's this Axel I keep hearing about?"

Tyler sees Nico a short distance away. She admittedly looked pretty good.

*Dante rubs his head.*

"Axel was one of the X-Students. He went rogue before even the war. Joined sides with the one who took Cedric's love and little Moe."

Nico senses that shes being observed. Nico turns and she sees Tyler looking at her. She smiles lovingly at him just to annoy him. "Tyler!" She yells across and waves lightly. silly

*Dante rubs his head.*

Tyler shrugs at Nico, seeming indifferent. Getting his hopes up was a waste. He turns back to Dante.

"Ok... So have you guys done anything about it?"

Hey, maybe sticking with these guys might give me something meaningful to do.

Nico walked closer to them slinging her arms on both Robin and Tyler. "Hello there comrades, how goes it on this fine sunny day." She looked up into the sky and the sun came out.

Tyler shrugs at Nico, seeming indifferent. Getting his hopes up was a waste. He turns back to Dante.

"Ok... So have you guys done anything about it?"

Hey, maybe sticking with these guys might give me something meaningful to do.

"We've confronted him but he had the symbiote on his side. Only intense heat and vibrations could rid someone of the symbiote. Well that and the Lazarus Pit, but that's drained now."

*Robin yet again blushes.*

"Comrades?"

Nico takes her arms off. "so... what are you lovely people talking about... I might know a thing or two" she giggles.

"My powers are based off vibrations and shock waves. That's why the symbiotes haven't been able to get me."

dude, she had her arm around us!

No, man, she's one of those types of girls. We know how they are.

But still! Why we gotta be so passive? At least play along...

The last time we did that, we nearly died, remember?

... Yeah, but It was awesome, right?

Nico smiles and just nodded "I knew that already" She giggles againIt's better to uphold this sort of pretense than show what you really are . Nico looked at Robin and smiled "Robin Crocodile? Is your last name really Crocodile? If that's so, pretty cool" She gave Robin one of her famous eye smiles. Should she tell them what her powers are? Since the unregistered bounty hunter can't access full information on her, what's the harm is fooling around. "I control air"

Tyler shrugs his shoulder, gently pushing Nico's hands away. He looks at Dante.

*Robin looks from Nico to Dante to Tyler. Her cheeks are pink.*

"Yep. Crocodile is my last name! What're gonna do?"

*Robin smiles.*

"Air."

Nico smiles once more "So, what are out code names?" She looks at Tyler.

 

[Megamkfan]

"Well in Dante's squad I was always called Ms. Crocodile. But "Crocodile" will work also."

"You can just can call me Dante."

Well, I can't exactly say I'm called the "Chameleon" that would just give out too much. Nico smiled, and nodded at Robin "I'm called Mist. What can you do Robin? Powers?"

 

[Megamkfan]

"Mist. It's fitting."

*Robin sticks her arm out.*

"I can manipulate sand."

*Robin's arm turns into sand. At the same time her other arm turns into fire.*

"And fire. Which gives me some control over glass."

*Robin puts the fire and sand together and her arms turn to glass.*

"Plus I can do this....."

*Robin turns her hands back to normal, then waved them. From on Nico's back, arms exactly identical to Robin's grow.*

"I don't really know what to call it."

"Interesting power" Nico once again nodded. She now had her attention to Dante "Dante Fullbuster, weather manipulation, and black holes. Five years ago, same class as Cedric Farin, Snow and Lina Winchester, Gizelo, Barry Allen, Kaia, and Chase Carter. From New York, to Italy, to Lazarus Pit, where Cedric Farin supposedly absorbed the pit, to Japan where you battled An Omega levelled mutant, a win but suffered the biggest loss in number in all Xmen history" Nico playfully backed away "I have connections"

"Well look at that. I remember Japan. Well looks like this is the perfect trio. I don't think I'll be needed so I'll be going."

*Dante opens a black hole behid him. He looks at Robin.*

"Miss All Sunday. Great work in the squadron. If you need anything radio me in."

*Dante salutes Robin and backs into the black hole, reappearing in the rebel base.*

*Robin salutes Dante before he leaves. She then looks at Nico and Tyler.*

"I still never got any of your names."

Kaia stretches and mumbles to herself, "Maybe he wanted me to find the remaining labs here where people keep mutants and destroy those so that the mutants could be free.... It's a possibility but I doubt it." She starts contemplating multiple scenarios as to why the Professor won't let her leave a place she despises so much yet but wasn't coming up with good enough answers.

 

[Yeongwonhi]

Nico continued to stare at the empty space Dante used to be. I need more information. She turns to Robin and smiled once more. In fact, she was starting to hate this smiling thing, her jaw and mouth ached whenever she pulled a thousand watt smile, "I'm Nico"

 

[Megamkfan]

"Nico."

*Robin smiled back.*

"Well, do we have an objective?"
