"Oh.... S-Sorry....." Ciel stops the pebble from floating and it falls back to the ground. "I didn't expect that to bother you...." She sighs and puts her black hood with strange red symbols back on to cover her gray, emotionless-looking eyes.

(welp everyone get ready Cause im the new main bad guy in this rp.... so now im giving everyone something to do... just know im the strongest one here so it wont be easy)
*Axel thinks to himself*
thinking: how can i get the attention of eveyone. Simply killing a group of ppl is just not the way to go... well i could cause i white dwarf to come crashing down on the planet, but i gotta rule this place... so nope... or. or.or i could say im gonna do it and have it come as close as mars so they know im not bull sh*ting around ha. yea that will work and then i'll hack every tv screen using then old equipment savaged used... go thing im still in the hideout
*Axel heads down to savage's old lab and then begins to channel his energy, he then closes his eyes and in visions a star far out into space growing at a rapid pace and as it grows it begins to move.*
Toxin: So you finally going through with this plan that you have been sitting on for almost ten years now
Axel: .... everyone must feel my pain, they all must suffer, just like i did *grabs the camera and sets it up and then turns toward a computer and begins hacking into the tv stations*...... and that should do it *walks infront of the camera and the turns on the tv to make sure its working*
....... Hello people of the world, I am Axel Terrorgrain, The now proclaimed Grand Emperor of Earth... you might ask yourself who the hell is this guy. Well i'll tell you. I was once apart of the Xmen until such thing like the destruction of china and Hawaii caused me to leave them and seek anew. You might also ask why is he on my screen.. well im calling out every single mutant alive to test their might against me and try to stop the white dwarf that is hurdling towards earth. *cuts to Axels vision of the white moving to earth* only i alone can stop this start from killing us all, but in the mean time i'll be waiting in Italy *screen cuts to black and Axel changes the channel to the local new station*
News reporter: Yes this just in as you all may know the mad man proclaimed Grand emperor Axel has a "white dwarf" one of the most hottest starts in the galaxy hurdling towards us. he asked for all mutants to come find him in Italy. I have just received that the U.N. has sent multiple Spec ops to go and arrest him... wait.. im getting something new here... its seems.. as he has already begun burning down multiple cities in Italy... we are on a 24 hour watch and we will be back with more.
*Axel Sits down and notices that people are rioting in the town. he smirks and then lays down on the bed*
