Bio: Born an average African American child, Marc was raised in a quiet suburban home for most of his life. On his thirteenth birthday his mutant powers first activated when he ran out into the street and was hit by a car. The car was wrecked and Marc was knocked forty feet away. When his parents and half the neighborhood came to see if he was alive though they saw all the scrapes cuts and broken bones heal themselves. A year after his mutation manifest he was invited to join the School for Gifted Children where he learned to better control his ability. Two years into high school on his sixteenth birthday he went through a rare secondary mutation that granted him strength, speed, flight, and the ability to manipulate energy. He would train with his new powers and reach a unprecedented level of proficiency with them. During one fateful mission where he and some of the other mutants in his class were sent to stop a sentinel attack in japan Marc's parents, who happened to be on vacation at the time were killed in the crossfire. The pain of losing his parents sent Marc onto a dark path. He legally changed his last name Yagami and went by the codename: Night Shade. Over the next year through intensive training his powers grew to the highest measurable level of omega making him the only mutant to not have been born omega leveled.
