Syren walks to the window and opens it. its a wonderful day for storm, no? he thinks as he pokes his head outside. i wonder how their emergency procedures are here at this school. Syren steps outside and unfurls his wings, taking in the cool breeze blowing.
He crouches down and jumps, springing up into the air, right into a draft. with his wings outspread, he allows the breeze to carry him upwards, and begins to flap his wings. "oh, the wind, how i have missed you. these people know not what they are missing, using artificail light and air to cool themselves. i'll show them why nature beats technology, any day." he rises into the clouds and holds his position, preparing for his show of grandeur. he spreads his arms and begins to crackle with electricity, filling the air with charged particles. due to the intesity of charge, the clouds surrounding him begin to rotate, following the flow of energy around his body, creating an increasingly denser cloud. the white changes to grey as moisture is dragged in, feeding the need for stability. Syren smiles as the winds begin to pick up, bringing with them clouds full of rain and static electricity. "let there be light." a low rolling thunder can be heard as lighting flashes accross the sky, illuminating the already dark clouds, blocking out the sun.
the rain begins to fall, dampening the ground, covering the surface, turning the parking lot of the school into a nice conduit of electricity. with a snap of his fingers, twin ightning bolts strike the ground, charging the asphault and destroying a few cars. another strikes power line, shutting the power off within the school. "can you feel it?! the energy in the air? hahaha, its been too long!"
