Emma sits in class and rolls her eyes at Joe, people were glaring at him for talking bad about their beloved Seito Kaichou, she raises her hand up politely and stands up "I'm not just class president, I am the Student president, everyones, all classes so I can revoke your position if I wanted" She sits down back down. She carries on doing her work "Being students president isn't judged by powers" She turns to look at him "My power is just a bonus"

I would need to have commited a serious infraction or have poor grades... and since I have neither you can just lay off...

Emaa smiles, but one of the conditions on her role was never to use a power on a student, unless needed.
"I know who, is in those meeting, who's not. Plus we have a CCTV camera."
Emma rips up the sheet of paper, and crumples it. She looks up at him and smirks
"Watashi wa Seito Kaichou da... The only reason you're like this is because you can't handle that fact"
She returns to her studies.
"Sensei, Joe is disrupting class, as the student council president may I send him to the Head Masters office, he's disturbing his fellow students and your class. I'm sure you'd be happy to comply"
Emma goes back to writing what was on the board, the teacher wanted to part since Emma and Joe argue all the time, he just nods.
"Joe, please go to the Head Masters office"
The students laugh, Emma turns to them and they stop laughing and shakes her head while wearing an apologetic smile.

Emma re enters room 505 and sees Cedric sitting there
"Cedric"
She closes the door behind her.
"Great new is all of you had passed, bad new one student didn't it was for the lack of decency to arrived at an important meeting, and is what we call here...insulting, specially to the people who are strained following strict code of conduct when taking in new students and welcoming you to the academy. Aside that,as you can see, we have the highest technology out of every Academy out there and we're dubbed as one of the greatest, the New York Academy is at the top since it was ran by Professor X himself."
Emma gradually made her way over to Cedric, and sis herself in front of him that way they are able to talk face to face.
"I'm an the Seito kaichou of this school, which means Student council president. I handle official affairs like this, and much more. One of my powers are of illusion and telepathy,a funny story. During my campaign in order for me not to use my powers or influence votes from the start of the campaign to announcement I was made to go into my diamond form, my weak spot is here"
She grabbed Cedric's finger and to tap her space between her eyes
"I am very weak in that spot, and many people knew about it, Yet nothing happened, people did not try to kill me and I was voted to president, and I've been the president for 3 years."
She smiles at Cedric and leans in.
"Why am I telling you this? Because the X students must show unbreakable trust with each other, we're a community. Despite what some people say, it's people like Joe Viewtiful, your tardy friend met Joe already so that means you'll be meeting him soon, he's one of the types that skew peoples opinions, he's not the type to go to your student and council meetings where we discuss patrol schedules alongside with an upperclassman as a guide, since most of the students are underage. Regarding your friend, theres nothing more I can do for them, the higher ups will deal with it. I'm sorry. "
She leans back on her chair.
"You're an official X Student now, and the children and older student spoke highly of you. That's why we're offering you a chair in the council. We've all voted and we want you in.If you're not comfortable being on your own, you can have two people with you and don't worry they'll have as much say as they want in the meetings, it's not fair to take a position from someone just because they've entered a new country and academy."
She stands up and casually walks to the front door and opens it
"Come with me"
As they walked outside the students stare at them, some gave cheerful greeting and some polite. Some discussed an issue about an afterschool club and some complained about one of the staff. Emma smiled and took out a notepad and started taking notes. When she interacts with the students, she has a sweet, endearing personality and earnest in helping the students.
"Give me a second will you?"
She nods at Cedric and enters a room, to fetch something from the librarian. A young girl with pony tails, who looked very much like Azusa Nakano from K-on run comically up to Cedric as she's seen him with the president.
"You're going to be in the council aren't you?"
She laughs and tapped her head in an animated way with her hand
"You'll like the Seito Kaichou, she listens and things get done. She's a good leader who takes care of her students, but make sure! Make sure ok! You don't anger her, don't break the rules because once you do, she has no more power when it comes to the higher ups, she'll get angry at you because she can't save you... Just don't break the rules ok"
She jumps up to ruffles his hair, and turns to do a peace sign
"I'm Yoshida Azusa! Pyromancer, also treasurer for the council! Nice to meet you, Cedric!"
After five more minutes of waiting, Emma came back out with a hand book
"It might be an old book, but"
She opened the book and there was a hand print scanner on it
"This is your proof of being part of the council, keep it safe, it has all the details you need in there"

Cedric: *walking with Emma* hm. I didn't realize the club I co founded with Levi would be adopted as an official system across all Academies... Well, just goes to how its epicness! *he chuckles as he does the trademark Pose he had pushed so hard to the other students in the NY X Students*

*Cedric is warm, friendly, and stupidly positive as he greets Azusa and receives the hand book* thanks! I'm looking forward to this council position!

*after Yoshida leaves, Cedric turns to Emma* ...my sister, Camille Farin, was a Pyromancer... *he gets a little nostalgic at her memory*

*to Emma* I'll gladly join this council as a NY student representative... As for my two advisors I think I have some people in mind... *thinks about Dante and Gizelo who had been with him since the beginning*

Honestly, Emma, I just took a leadership position due to circumstance. It's really the bonds and teamwork we have as NY students that keeps us all together. Gizelo, Dante, Snow, and Kaia have been there with me as well... They're invaluable senior students and we form a co leadership... Of sorts. I really wish I could have done a better job... I've made a lot of mistakes.. So much has happened. *his cheery face falls as he remembers NY, Savage, Italy, and the symbiote....*

I'll keep an eye out for this Joe guy. Seems like an interesting character... Now tell me, Emma, who of our NY Students didn't pass? What's the consequence?

Sensei Hiro: Emma... you owe this man an apology... this card is actually authentic... I would know considering one of my powers is detection... I have telepathy and looked into the young boy's mind... just because he sits towards the back doesnt mean he wasnt there.... You should probably go apolgozie for trying to shame him

"Brilliant power, Hemomancing. It's a shame really, but I have to be strict, I am the embodiment of this school, as a student. If a student breaks a certain rule thats out of my juridisction. The higher ups will deal with her, thats where I have no power, as much as I'd like to save a student , I can't. The japanese Academy is extremely strict with rules. Though, ditching an important meeting for a luncheon with a stranger, is insulting wouldn't you say. Insulting for me, and for this school. If I don't uphold the rules and follow them. Who will? ( BYAKUYA MUCH!? LOL!)"
She turns to face him, he looked a little down
"I am sorry. I've told the head master the everything, I'm required to do so, but perhaps I can reason with her, since she's such an important member of your team"
